Coyne & Associates (The Company) will collect the personal details that you provide to us on our website for the purposes of providing you with services and/or information. In providing such services and/or information to you we will only use your personal data in accordance with the terms of the following statement.

Information Collection and Use
Coyne & Associates offers recruitment services to help companies recruit new personnel as well as talent management, consulting, and other services. We may collect information about you in connection with any of these services. The Company collects information from its users at several different points on our website. The Company is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell this information to others.
The information is used by us to provide our recruitment services to you, allow you to submit your CV to us, respond to a specific job advert or subscribe to job alerts.
In the course of our activities, we will use your personal information to identify professional opportunities that we think may be of interest. Where we have your express verbal or written consent, we will send your personal information to clients in order to apply for job opportunities and keep you informed of market products and/or services. We may share your personal information with prospective employers that have engaged Coyne & Associates to fulfil search requests or to reference sources.
We also may contact you from time to time to solicit names of, or other personal information regarding, potential candidates in connection with a search that we are conducting and for purposes of market intelligence.
Registration
We request certain information from you when you register online - name, email address, contact number and CV. This information is used to enable us to provide you with work-finding services and allows you to start building your customised online, password protected profile. If we have trouble processing your application, this contact information is used to get in touch with you. Should you respond to an advert via www.coyne-associates.co.uk, the process will be identical and the same request for certain information will be made. Using your unique password, you are able to amend your personal details or opt out of our services.
Retention Period
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Candidate Agreement unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.

To subscribe to job alerts emails, you will be required to provide your e-mail address, which will be used for the purpose of keeping you informed, by e-mail, of the latest jobs and/or will provide you with industry news. Should you decide that you no longer wish to receive this information, unsubscribe links are provided in every job alert email that you receive.
Sharing
We may share aggregated demographic information with our clients. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
Sale of business
If the Company’s business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed onto the new owners of the business.

This website contains links to other external websites. Please be aware that the Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Correction/Updating Personal Information
If your personally identifiable information changes we will endeavour to provide a way to correct, update or remove the personal data provided to us. This can usually be done by accessing your candidate online profile accessible via your secure password setting or by emailing Steve Coyne at steve@coyne-associates.co.uk.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our Candidate Agreement, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the Candidate Agreement under which the information was collected.

The Company tries to meet the highest standards when collecting and using personal information. We take any complaints we receive about this very seriously. We encourage people to bring it to our attention if they think that our collection or use of information is unfair, misleading or inappropriate.
