Terms and conditions​

  1. The referral scheme is only open and available to individuals who are registered with Coyne & Associates.

  2. This scheme is effective from 1st January 2024 and applies to candidates referred from this date.  Coyne & Associates reserves the right to terminate the scheme at any time.

  3. The scheme does not apply to individuals already known to or registered with Coyne & Associates.

  4. The referral scheme is only applicable for permanent appointments and fixed term contract appointments of 12 months or more.

  5. The referred person must be notified and have given full permission for their details being passed to Coyne & Associates for this scheme. This is the responsibility of the referrer and is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The referrer will indemnify Coyne & Associates for any loss or claim arising out of their failure to gain such consent.

  6. These vouchers are not cash redeemable.

  7. There are no limits to the number of referrals an individual can make.

  8. Vouchers are payable once the referred candidate has completed six months of continuous employment with the client.

  9. Eligibility for this scheme is at Coyne & Associates' discretion and our decision is final.
