Senior Finance Recruiter/Director Opportunities
Role
As part of our ongoing strategy, we are looking to appoint a Senior Finance Recruiter/Director, hands on in their approach and responsible for both sales and delivery along with an appetite and capability to support Steve directly in growing the Coyne & Associates’ offering. Alongside running your own high performing desk, you will be responsible for mapping out existing services across the client base and highlighting opportunities for growth. Additional responsibilities include:

Identifying, educating and developing new long term and high spend clients

Working with Steve to evolve Coyne & Associates’ business development and business strategy

Delivery of client sales meetings as subject matter expert

Increasing breadth of customer base and geographical footprint

Increasing overall Net Fee Income across Coyne & Associates

Building a network of target clients at C-Suite and Director level
About You
Candidate led in your approach, you will be a proven senior finance recruiter and have a demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and upper management to impact decision-making. With a deep understanding of the talent landscape across multiple sectors, you will be to able to anticipate future needs and changing talent acquisition methodologies and technology.
You may be currently working within a Plc and frustrated by the all too often constraints of doing so. Alternatively you may be fed up of working for an agency that sits pretty on their brand that don't have candidates at the heart of their model? Either way there's a genuine opportunity here to join the business, own a piece of it and really shape its future trajectory.

With experience in either a candidate resourcing or research capacity, you will be comfortable working with qualified Accountants and advising, challenging and guiding them on their career aspirations and motivations. This represents a key role within Coyne & Associates and an opportunity to really shape our candidate strategy moving forward.
